You are subscribed to Daily Air Quality Forecast (for Austin,Beaumont-Port Arthur,Brownsville-McAllen,Corpus Christi,Dallas-Ft. Worth,El Paso,Houston,Laredo,Lubbock,Midland-Odessa,San Antonio,Tyler-Longview,Victoria) for Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. This information has recently been updated, and is now available.

Thursday 06/26/14
Moderate winds and low background levels should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range statewide.

Friday 06/27/14
Winds may be strong enough to cause light amounts of blowing dust in the El Paso area that could possibly raise the daily PM10 AQI into the "Moderate" range, with highest concentrations in the afternoon and early evening. Elsewhere in the state, moderate winds and lower background levels should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range.

Saturday 06/28/14 Outlook
An intense African dust cloud may begin moving into South Texas in the afternoon or evening and could possibly raise the daily PM2.5 AQI into the "Moderate" range in the Brownsville-McAllen area. Elsewhere in the state, moderate winds and low background levels should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range.

Sunday 06/29/14 Outlook
An intense African dust cloud should cover most of South, Central, and Southeast Texas and should raise the daily PM2.5 AQI well into the "Moderate" range in this area. Elsewhere in the state, moderate winds and low background levels should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range.
