Subject: Check Out New Resources for Communities!
To: iammejtm@gmail.com
We're excited to announce the launch of a new webpage specifically for communities, and the availability of the first materials developed as part of the TRI Community Engagement Initiative.
You'll find a new "Introduction to TRI for Communities" slide presentation and "TRI Community Snapshots" for the South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and North Birmingham, Alabama pilot projects. In addition, for the South Philadelphia project, we developed an interactive map that allows users to see locations of EPA-regulated facilities and community points of interest where youth and aging adults frequently congregate. For the North Birmingham project, you can check out a new community-scale pollution prevention and waste management data analysis.
We'd appreciate hearing your thoughts on TRI for Communities! Please email us at tri.help@epa.gov with any feedback or suggestions. And please check the page again this fall for more new materials from our Community Engagement Pilot Projects Initiative.
