NPIN Launches New System For Quick and Easy Updating of Organizations Records via Email NPIN is launching a new automated process to make updating information in the national NPIN Organizations Database quick and easy. This ensures that the HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, STD, and TB referral information in our database stays accurate and up-to-date. New Process Requests are emailed to organizations when it is time to update their information. The request provides a link to an online form that is pre-populated with the organization's information. All organizations need to do is to: - Review the information
- Make changes (if needed)
- Submit the form back to us online
Requests will be emailed from No-ReplyOrgUpdate@cdcnpin.org. Timeline The first round of emails will go out July 7. Notifications will continue on an ongoing basis throughout the year. Requests will be emailed from No-ReplyOrgUpdate@cdcnpin.org. To ensure that organizations receive their update request, they should be sure to flag this email address as allowable so that requests don't go to their Junk mail. Interim Updates
Organizations can submit updates to us anytime by using the online Add/Update form – just search for your Organization in the database from www.cdcnpin.org and use the yellow Update Information button to submit changes. The same process can be used to see if your agency is listed in our database and to submit a new record if needed. We appreciate your assistance in keeping this valuable information resource up-to-date. Questions? You can reach us at info@cdcnpin.org.
