Title V Block Grant Application Is Now Posted for Public Comment The Texas Department of State Health Services, Office of Title V is pleased to announce that portions of the DRAFT Application for Fiscal Year 2015 Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant (announcement number: HRSA-15-001) -  including National and State performance measures - are now posted for public comment.   Maternal and Child Health partners and stakeholders are encouraged to review the draft application and provide feedback.  Please send comments to titlev@dshs.state.tx.us by Friday, July 18, 2014.   More information about the Title V Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant Program can be found here. Thank you for your input.  You have subscribed to get updates about the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).
