MARS attacks! By Lesley Fair Sci-fi fans will remember the 1996 movie "Mars Attacks!" where Americans banded together to fight off Martian invaders.  (As it happens, the most effective tool against the enemy was a recording of Slim Whitman's "Indian Love Call.")  Of course, if you want to keep things closer to home, you can follow the real-life adventures of the FTC, CFPB, 15 state AGs, and other law enforcement partners as they use the Mortgage Assistance Relief Services (MARS) Rule and other laws to battle a different species of invader – mortgage relief promoters who allegedly prey on consumers struggling to hold onto their homes.
