HHS Offers Evidence-based Materials for Conversations about Brain Health

This new four-part set of materials is provided to facilitate conversations with older people about brain health as we age. The materials, for use at senior centers and in other community settings, were designed and reviewed in 2014 by scientists and educators at three HHS agencies with expertise in health and aging: the Administration for Community Living; the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; and the National Institutes of Health. The materials are written in plain language and explain what people can do to help keep their brains functioning best.  Read more.
