The Commodity Futures Trading Commission's (CFTC) Division of Market Oversight (Division) today issued a letter providing a time-limited extension of the relief provided in CFTC Letter No. 13-41.  CFTC Letter No. 13-41, issued on June 28, 2013, provided reporting parties under Parts 20, 45 and 46 of the Commission's regulations with no-action relief from requirements to report certain identifying information regarding their counterparties in specific jurisdictions.
